Educational Opportunity REquest

EES Parent/Guardians must either print this form or go to the front office to get a printed copy. The form must be submitted two weeks prior to the trip in order to be considered. The principal has the final decision to determine if the trip falls under the guidelines of an educational opportunity. Teachers will determine what assignments the student will be required to complete at home, at school and any that will be exempted. Students must complete the work and present their project to their class within one week from returning, otherwise the absences will be unexcused. The time allowed for completion may be adjusted based on the timeline for the end of a grading period.
